Anupamaa is clearly killing it with those TRP ratings, and Rupali Ganguly is absolutely owning it with her stellar performance. In the latest episodes, we saw Anupamaa go all out for Prem and Raahi’s wedding – she had arranged everything and got super emotional watching Raahi take the ‘saath pheras’ with Prem, promising to be together forever. After a bunch of drama and hurdles, the wedding wrapped up. But of course, today’s episode was all about Raahi’s vidaai… and yes, you guessed it – more drama followed!
The episode of Anupamaa started with Prem and Raahi carrying out the wedding rituals. Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) instructed the couple to vow to stick together through darma, arth, kama and moksha. Prem then applied sindoor to Raahi and put the mangasultra around her neck. Post the wedding, the newlywed took blessings from all. Prem refused to seek blessing from Parag Kothari and Khyati Kothari. However, Anupamaa insisted that he does. Everyone later gathered for a group picture. Vasundhara aka Moti Baa then insisted that they all should hurry and not delay the vidaari ceremony. Anupamaa got all emotional and remembered Anuj Kapadia (Gaurav Khanna).
Further, when it appeared that all is well, the subhasan (sacred mat) went missing. It belonged to the Kothari family and Vasundhara got mighty furious. Anupamaa thought that Paritosh kept it safely. However, that wasn’t the case. Vasundhara aka Moti Baa got to know about it and she got very pissed. She again got nasty and blamed Anupamaa for being a ‘careless mother’. Anupamaa tries to assure Vasundhara that she will find the subhasan but she was fuming with rage. Vasundhara taunted her and stated not a single wedding ritual took place without any ‘kalesh’. Anupamaa is shocked and heartbroken with Vasundhara’s reaction.
In the upcoming episode, we’ll see a new twist adding to Anupamaa. In the precap, we’ll see Anu get a call from Central Jail. A new character will enter the show to bring in new twist.
