
Nita Ambani enjoyed local food at a chaat shop in Varanasi last year after offering prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanashi.

Nita Ambani, known for her refined taste, has a special love for street food, particularly Varanasi’s famous Aloo Tikki Chaat and Tamatar Chaat. Her favorite spot for these delicacies is a renowned shop in the city, attracting food lovers from all over. Rakesh Keshari, the owner of the famous food place in Varanashi, shared a delightful encounter with Nita Ambani during her visit to his shop during an exclusive interview with news agency ANI.
“Nita Ambani came to our chaat bhandaar where she tasted tikki chaat, tomato chaat, palak chaat, and kulfi falooda. She was very pleased and praised the famous chaat of Banaras. It was a privilege to serve her”, Rakesh said while recalling their sweet encounter at the shop.
The family relations of Varanashi Chaat and Ambani family are so deep that Nta Ambani invited the shop owner to the wedding of her son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
“Namaskar. Jai Kashi Vishwanath. For me and my family, it has always been important to seek the blessing of our Devis and Devtas before any auspicious beginning. A few weeks back, I went to Varanasi to pray for my children, Annat and Radhika before their wedding. I’ve always been fascinated by Kashi – the oldest living city, the city of lights, the cradle of Indian civilisation”, Nita Ambani said while introducing Rakesh at the marriage function.
For a background, Nita Ambani enjoyed local food at a chaat shop in Varanasi on June 24 after offering prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanashi. Nita Ambani tried various items at the shop and interacted with locals as well as the shopkeepers, including the owner.
On an interesting note, some of the most famous food items that are available at the shop include – Tamatar Chaat Pani Puri, Dahi Bhalla, Plain Sohal, Bhalla Papdi, Mix Chaat, Dahi Puri, Chura Matar, as per a report carried by Business Today.
