Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani are parents to three children – Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani. Isha and Akash are twins. All the Ambani kids’ wedding have been lavish and opulent. A larger than life dreamy wedding is a given f them with several dignitaries, artists attending the vent from all across the globe. Isha Ambani wore world’s most expensive lehenga for her wedding day, and Anant Ambani’s marriage ceremonies made it to international headlines.
Isha Ambani tied the knot with Anand Piramal. Meanwhile Akash Ambani wed his high school sweet heart Shloka Mehta. The twins got married withing the gap of few months only. Isha’s marriage took place in December 2018 while Akash’s in March 2019.
Why Akash Ambani Changed His Wedding Date?
Akash and Shloka exude nothing but couple goals with their adorable bond. Often spotted walking hand-in-hand, the couple are parents to two children – Prithvi and Veda. The Ambani weddings are talked about in great deal and so is their commitment towards each other as a family. Siblings are known to be patterns in crime and also have each others back. Akash did a similar thing for her twin sister.
The elder Ambani son got engaged before his sister. But, he asked her to get married before him. It was Isha who actually spilled the beans on it. In an interview she discussed how generously his bother gave his wedding dates to her. “Akash has the largest heart ever, recalled Osha in an interview with Vogue India. “He changed his wedding dates for me. He got engaged to Shloka before Anand and me, but he was like, ‘I’ll get married afterwards, you take my wedding dates,’” she said.
Calling his brother ‘dayalu’ she further praised him stating, ” He’s like one of the most—I don’t think there’s a word for it in English—“dayalu” humans in this world. He’s empathetic, gracious and gentle, just like Shloka.”
Isha Ambani, the heiress to an illustrious business lineage married Anand Piramal, the son of Indian billionaire Ajay Piramal, a renowned pharma magnate.
On the other hand, Akash Ambani met Shloka Mehta during their school days in Dhirubhai International School and ever since their bond blossomed into a deep and meaningful relationship. Mehta is philanthropist and entrepreneur. She is the daughter of diamond billionaire magnate Russell Mehta. Beyonce performed at Isha-Ananda’s sangeet while the band Marron graced Akash and Shloka’s wedding reception.
