Former CEO of Amazon and the world’s richest man Jeff Bezos, shares many interests with his fiance Lauren Sanchez. However, one thing she doesn’t include him in is her workout routine. Sanchez once told that the two often workout together but have their own routines.
“We cannot do the same exercises,” Sanchez said to Vogue. “He’s on a whole different level than I am. He is a monster in the gym.” She has always praised Bezos’s dedication to fitness. According to Body and Soul, his body fat percentage is between 12% to 14%. Moreover, Bezos’ personal trainer, Wes Okerson, has previously trained Tom Cruise and worked with him closely in building his strength and endurance.

He credits his dedication to working out daily and incorporating healthy meals in his diet. Moreover, he makes sure to get proper eight hours of sleep daily, which helps his mind and body to stay fresh and healthy.
