Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan leave for Delhi-wps journal

Karisma Kapoor‘s ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12. He died during a polo match in England. Reports suggested that he was stung by a bee inside his mouth, which led to a fatal heart attack. However, the exact cause of death has not been confirmed yet. His mortal remains were brought to India and the funeral was held on June 20 at the Lodhi Road Cremation Ground in New Delhi. He was 53 and his entire family was devastated during the funeral.

Karisma Kapoor and her kids, Kiaan and Samaira also attended the funeral. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were also with them in Delhi. Kiaan and Samaira broke down at their father’s funeral. After the final rites were done, they returned to Mumbai.

Today, Sunjay Kapur’s prayer meet is happening in Delhi. Karishma, Kiaan and Samaira have left for Delhi. Kareena and Saif are also with them. They were all spotted at the airport today as they left for Delhi. This is a big story in Entertainment News.

Sunjay Kapur and Karisma Kapoor got married in 2003 and they got divorced in 2016. However, even post their divorce, they have been taking care of their children together. After divorce with Karisma, Sunjay married Priya Sachdev. They too have two kids, Safira and Azarias.

Priya was seen crying during his funeral. She could not hold back her emotions and looked shattered. Sunjay Kapur was married to fashion designer, Nandita Mahtani before Karisma and Priya. However, they got separated in 2000.

Sunjay Kapur was a polo player and he was very passionate about the game. He was the chairman of Sona Comstar, a leading auto component manufacturer catering to electric vehicles.
