Among their many properties, a lavish 12-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles was once owned by Isha Ambani and her husband Anand Piramal. This estate recently made headlines after it was sold to Hollywood’s famous couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.
In 2023, Isha and Anand decided to sell their 38,000-square-foot dream home,at a price of Rs 508 crore. The estate has 12 luxurious bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. It also includes a private gym, spa, salon, and even an indoor pickleball court. Apart from this it has outdoors with expansive lawns, lush gardens, an infinity pool, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The five-acre property has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 12-car garage, and a grand entertainment area, truly a celebrity-worthy residence.
According to reports, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are now the new owners of the estate. Lopez, an international icon known for her work as a singer, actress, and entrepreneur, married Affleck in 2022. With a reported net worth of approximately Rs 3332 crore, she continues to be one of the most successful stars in Hollywood.
Isha Ambani, daughter of India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani and also a prominent face in the Reliance Industries group. She is a Non-Executive Director and plays an important role in the executive leadership teams of Reliance Retail, Reliance Jio, and other Reliance entities, mainly focusing on retail and financial services.
