Billionaire Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani, is powerhouse in both fashion and business sectors. For the unversed, she has been married to businessman Anand Piramal since December 2018. When Isha tied the knot with Anand, his parents, Swati and Ajay Piramal, gifted the couple a stunning 50,000 square feet sea-facing mansion named Gulita.
Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s residence, Gulita, is situated in Mumbai’s upscale Worli neighbourhood. This five-story, diamond themed-luxury home offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. Designed by the London-based architectural firm Eckersley O’Callaghan, it exudes grandeur, luxury and elegance.
According to reports, Swati Piramal and Ajay Piramal had bought the property in 2012 from Hindustan Unilever for a massive $61.2 million (approximately Rs 450 crore) and gifted it to their son Anand Piramal and daughter-in-law Ish Ambani. Currently, the approximately value of this house is $100 million ( Rs 818 crore), as per NoBroker.com.
Guilta’s building is designed on a ‘diamond’ theme and has a huge wall structures with glazing glass walls, giving a marvelous view of the outside.
Amongst the many features, the mansion boasts many amenities including a swimming pool, a three floor parking in the basement , a temple room, and a huge garden of course. Apart from Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, their two kids- Aadiya and Krishna, also live in Guilta.
Gulita’s ground floor consists of an entrance lobby, which leads to other floors, where dining halls, master bedroom are located. The building has been constructed using 3D modelling tools, which are all imported.
The house has several triple-height multi-purpose rooms, and also a diamond room. Every floor has several rooms for servants, and multiple lounge areas. Moreover, Isha had hosted an all-girls’ party in her new abode, which comprised her BFFs Priyanka Chopra and her cousin Parineeti, Tamanna Dutt, Srishti Behl Arya, and Isha’s sister-in-law Radhika Merchant.
