Bigg Boss OTT 4 NOT cancelled; Salman Khan to host the reality show?-wps journal

Bigg Boss fans we have good news for you all. As per the latest update, Bigg Boss OTT season 4 will not be cancelled. Yes, you read that right! The show will be hosted by Salman Khan and fans are excited for the same. Earlier there were reports which suggested that the makers are planning to cancel Bigg Boss OTT season 4.

Bigg Boss OTT 4 launch details

According to Bigg Boss Tak’s X handle, Bigg Boss OTT 4 will be launched in the first week of August 2025. The post that they shared on social media reads, “CONFIRMED! Bigg Boss OTT 4 coming soon on JioHotstar!Hosted by Salman Khan Expected to start in the first week of August.” The official confirmation from the makers have not been made as of now. Fans are curious to know where Bigg Boss OTT 4 would be streamed, after the merger of Jio and Hotstar. Bigg Boss OTT 4 reportedly will stream on JioHotstar.

Fans were initially disappointed when the reports of Bigg Boss OTT 4 were cancelled. But, now the season will be extra special as Salman Khan will be making his comeback as a host on the OTT version as well as the TV version of Bigg Boss. He hosted Bigg Boss OTT 2 on JioCinema and audiences love the way he interacts with the contestants. Bigg Boss OTT 4 contestants are yet to be finalized by the makers and several names of stars are doing rounds on social media. Bigg Boss OTT’s first season was hosted by Karan Johar, Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss OTT 2 and Anil Kapoor hosted Bigg Boss OTT 3. Divya Agarwal won the first season, while Elvish Yadav won the second season and third season was won by Sana Makbul.

After Banijay Asia’s clash with the Viacom Group, the makers of Bigg Boss 19 will soon finalize if Bigg Boss 19 will air on Sony or Colors.
